The Solatis Google Meet integration provides a seamless experience for capturing, analyzing, and deriving value from your virtual meetings. At the technical level, our Chrome extension serves as the bridge between Google Meet and the Solatis platform. Once installed and authenticated with your Solatis account, the extension detects when you join a Google Meet session and presents an unobtrusive option to record and transcribe the meeting. With your approval, the extension begins processing the audio stream in real-time, converting speech to text while preserving speaker identification metadata. This happens simultaneously with the meeting, allowing you to see the transcription developing as the conversation progresses. The extension also captures meeting metadata such as participant information, meeting title, and duration to provide proper context for the transcription. Once the meeting concludes or you stop the recording, the completed transcription is automatically sent to your Solatis account where our AI performs advanced processing including topic extraction, action item identification, sentiment analysis, and summary generation. The processed meeting becomes available in your Solatis dashboard within minutes, allowing you to review, search, annotate, or interact with the content through our AI chat interface. You can then leverage Solatis's integration capabilities to export summaries to Google Docs, create calendar events for follow-ups, or share insights via email or Slack. For organizations that require it, the extension supports administrative controls to manage recording permissions and ensure compliance with corporate policies. This deep integration transforms Google Meet from a simple communication tool into a knowledge capture and management platform that preserves and enhances the value of every conversation.
